Executive Coaching
Every client brings a unique set of experiences, goals, and challenges. That’s why my coaching is highly personalized—designed to meet individuals where they are and support their growth in a way that aligns with their values and aspirations. I serve as a strategic partner in the coaching process, creating space for reflection, insight, and action—while empowering the client to lead the way and drive meaningful progress.
I specialize in coaching Vice Presidents and senior leaders in higher education, particularly those working within small colleges and universities (with a focus on Division III institutions). I also work with directors aspiring to executive roles, as well as professionals in K–12 and independent school settings.
A particular area of interest is the intersection of Athletics with broader institutional strategy—where Athletics collaborates with enrollment, finance, facilities, advancement, and academics. Too often overlooked, Athletics can be a powerful and strategic partner in helping institutions enhance the student experience, optimize enrollment, and deepen alumni and donor engagement.
